Because our organization relies on donations, we want donors to know that their contributions are being utilized in the most efficient way possible.  LEI's staff takes no compensation, and our administrative expenses are as small as we can make them.  As close to 100% of our donations as possible go directly to supporting children and education development projects in Kenya.  This is our promise to our donors.

The Longonot Education Initiative is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization (Tax ID# 27-5377384).  Any donation made to LEI is tax deductible.  For more information, visit the following website:   http://www.501c3.org/what-is-a-501c3/.

Upon donating through PayPal, you will receive a receipt via email regarding your transaction.  We highly recommend you print this receipt and keep it for you records.  You will need this receipt to claim your tax deduction.
