Moses is one of the most responsible boys to have finished our program for street children at the Ahadi Education Center. He is considered to be everyones big brother at the Global Hope Rescue and Rehabilitation Center where he currently lives. Cooking dinner every night, tending to the animals at the center, and being a positive role model for the younger boys are just a few of the many responsibilities he has willingly accepted as his own. Although Moses was reluctant at first to join our program and give up his former life on the streets, as soon as he started our program he made it clear that he was ready to return to school and give it his all. Currently, Moses goes to a school for accelerated learning and has a private teacher whose is dedicated to getting him on track. In the last two years he has shown a real passion in livestock and agriculture and even took it upon himself to manage a rabbit, dove, and chicken project at the center. |
