Paul currently attends 6th grade at a school called Uko Mbozi in Ngong. He is a really sweet boy and always has a huge smile on his face. He's had to take up a lot of the physical chores and responsibilities for his family since his father left five years ago - he fetches water and helps his mom with anything that he can. With his sister Mary, Paul and his family live in a small iron-sheet house located in the slum of Mathare. His little brother (Vincent who is in pre unit at the LPK Daycare Center where his mother teaches) follows him wherever he goes. Paul's favorite subject is math and hopes to be a teacher like his mother when he grows up. On the weekends he likes reading and playing football with his friends and neighbors. |
