Vicky is 17 years old. She is the daughter to one of the strongest and most hard working women our team has ever met while working in Kenya, Lydia Aruse. Vicky is never without a smile and has the most contagious laugh you will ever hear, especially when you try to take her picture. We only get to see her during the few months out of the year when she is home from school, but when we do it is a time to be cherished; her playful attitude and energy is something we all look forward to. Vicky is exceptionally bright, charismatic, and helpful, especially when it comes to caring for her two younger sisters, Yvonne and Michelle. She reflects all of the best qualities of her mother, and has a very promising future, something that is apparent to everyone who meets her. |
